The building Yacobián, in Cairo, continues being a fascinating construction. Raised in 1934 and baptized with the name of the leader of the Armenian community, it was considered to be for a long time the last shout in comfort and elegance.
Across histories and resident prominent figures in the Building Yacobian, the movie presents his portraits of corruption, fundamentalism, prostitution, homosexuality and drugs in the center of Cairo and creates the vibrant one but socially criticized image of the contemporary Egypt.
